• What is your policy for custom orders?

We stock an extensive variety of medical grade silicone tubes and we can cut custom tips to any length you require. Custom tips are $1.99 each for any tube

cut to 2" or under. Add $1.00 for each extra 2" section of tubing.

• How many times can an Earmaxx product
be used before replacement is needed?
If properly cleaned and maintained,
EARMAXX products will last for countless uses.

• I have two pets, can I use one Earmaxx product on both?
While this is not recommended, if properly cleaned between uses, it can be done. However to minimize the risk of cross contamination between your pets, it is recommended that you have one Earmaxx product dedicated to each pet.
• The medicine prescribed by my veterinarian or
feeding formula looks too thick or pasty to be drawn
into the syringe, what should i do?
Some ear creams and pastes are often too thick to work their way into the infected regions of the ear. A saline solution can be used to effectively water down an excessively pasty medicine. Inform your veterinarian of this and increase dosage appropriately. For feeding formulas it may be nessesary to puree chunky formulas containing foods such as beef for 1-2 mins. You may also find it easier to fill the syringe by removing the plunger from the syringe barrel and then pour the feeding formula into the barrel and re-insert the plunger. |
